Description

A lantern slide of the Mission San Gabriel, ca. 1900. The view is from Mission Drive, a dirt road in the foreground, looking northeast and capturing the south facade of the old stone church, including a portion of the bell tower at its west end and a small portion of the roof of the adobe rectory. A white picket fence and some trees are also of note. With some light soiling and edge rubbing, the condition is good.
