Description
A real photo postcard, "Monastery Road, Mt. Wilson," postmarked 25 July 1910. The view is of a dirt road rising gradually and shaded by trees and appears to be the old Mt. Wilson toll road and current trail up from Altadena below. A short message on the reverse refers to "spending the day on the mountain with our cousins. Just going to dinner in the Inn," perhaps a mountain resort. With rubbing, small stains, fading, and light soiling, the condition is good overall.
