Description

Color: Gold; Red "Monuments," issued by the Roberts Marble Company, ca. 1920s. The catalog has approximately 200 pages and has a red hard cover with gold lettering. The title and name of the company are at the center. At the beginning are facts for customers about monuments, including the use of different types of marble and engravings, as well as the production process of monuments. There are many styles available including some specifically for servicemen, Masons, and children. Also available are urns, benches, portraits in marble, and statues. Many black and white drawings and photographs are also included. With abrasions; creases; fading of the gold lettering; folds; pest damage; surface soiling; and some tears to the cover fabric, the object is in fair condition overall.
