"Mother's Seasoning-Cooking Sherry Wine," issued by Southern California Grape Products Company, Los Angeles, 1920s. The brown bottle has a label which indicated the product, as not over 20% alcohol, was a tax-paid Prohibition-era wine made with a government permit, the number of which is reproduced. There is an image of a male chef roasting a turkey on a pit over a fire and bunches of grapes are at each corner. On the reverse are suggestions for using the product. With small missing areas, a few tears, and soiling to the labels, the overall condition is fair.
