"Mt. Lowe Tavern and Cottages: Year Round Resort," issued by Pacific Electric Information Bureau and printed by Wayside Press, January 1928. The item describes the many features associated with the incline railway, including the tavern, observatory, trails, lodging and other information. A schedule, lists of rates for loding and other material is given, including streetcar fares from Los Angeles and Pasadena. With some soiling and edge wear, but otherwise quite clean, the condition is good.
