Description
An article, "Municipal Progressiveness and the Los Angeles Aqueduct," Burt A. Heinly from "American City Magazine," April 1912. The three-page piece lauds the aqeduct project, then nearing completion, and the farsightedness of the City of Los Angeles for undertaking it. There are three photos of aspects of the project underway. With light soiling and minimal rubbing, the condition is good.
