Description

Color: Black; White A black and white photograph of the firing room at Diana Watson's Native Tile Studio, July 18, 2001. Two large steel kilns are at the back of the left. On the sides of the kilns are panels with knobs and buttons. To the right are plain ceramic squares, and next to these is another kiln. In the foreground are two carts. One cart at the left has medium-size and elongated ceramic pieces. On the bottom of the cart are several boxes. On top of the cart at the right are many tile squares which appear to have been fired, and a roll of bubble wrap. The photograph, which was taken on the same visit that the tile for this accession was purchased, is in mint condition. Number-Units: 1
