Description
Nelly with an unidentified woman and young boy sitting in a garden, ca. 1920s. The woman and young boy with Nelly are in the previous photos of this accession. The young boy is sitting on the far left, wearing a sailor suit and holding a pole with his left hand. Seated in the middle is a woman wearing sleeveless dress and has her hear short, styled in a Marcel wave. Nelly is sitting on the right and wears a white, sleeveless dress with her hair cut short and styled in a wave. The trio are seated on a well manicured grass area. In front of them and circling back is a concrete path. Behind them at the left is a gazebo, various trees, and shrubbery. The photograph has minor fading, warping to the edges, and stamps on the reverse side of "88" and "VELOX." The photograph is in good condition overall.
