"New York Tribune," 26 February 1855. Daily newspaper published in New York. Includes international, national and local news, classifieds and commercial advertisements. Also includes a column titled, "One week later from California," with news from Los Angeles and surroundings of gold mining, a steamboat explosion, and senate races. Also lists several California crimes and acts of violence. The newspaper was previously bound, left is is torn but it is generally in good condition.
