Description
"No. 306. View at San Pedro, Cal.," Garden City Foto Company, Los Angeles, ca. 1898. The image shows the mainland at far left with several railroad tracks in the foreground and some structures towards the upper left. Running from the latter to right center is a wharf with more tracks and a three-masted ship lying to next to the wharf. To the upper right is another wharf, while what appears to be an island is just behind it. The caption and studio name are at the bottom. With a stain or two at the top of the image, some soiling and edge abrasion, the overall condition is good.
