NORTH END OF ORIGINAL WEST WALL, EL CAMPO SANTO
Color: Brown; Green
A color polaroid photograph of the north end of the original west wall, El Campo Santo, ca. April 1977. Taken from the north, the view shows the lower part of the wall, in particular where a yellow chalk marking was written just above the bottom, reading "19.00" with an arrow pointing down to a horizontal line. Because the photographer stood slightly east, some of the wall can be seen off to the left of center, along with some vegetation growing near the wall at the upper left. To the right is the area in front of the cemetery, not yet replanted. There are no identifying inscriptions to the artifact, which is in good condition with no indication of wear or damage.
