Notes from an unknown author regarding Workman and Temple family land documents, ca. 1920-1940. The paper contains handwritten notes which track the passage of deeds and maps between Workman-Temple family members and other individuals. The author mentions a deed given to F.P.F. Temple on March 4th, 1863 by Saleme(?) Valenzuela et al; another deed given to William Workman, F.P.F. Temple and Juan Matias Sanchez on May 9th, 1863 by Juan C. Vigar; an unspecified transaction between Juan Matias Sanchez and Antonio Margarita Workman de Temple on August 20th, 1878; a map of a 15.31 acre tract of land in the Potrero Chico area; and two maps of Puente Ranch (Rancho La Puente) and Rancho San Pascual. With creases, minor acid burns, and a dog eared corner, the object is in good condition overall.
