Description
Oil wells of Standard Oil Company of California at Placentia, 1920s. The view shows most of a derrick in the foreground and others in the distance, along with tanks and sheds, all taken from the middle of a dirt road. At the lower right is the misspelled word "Plancentia" in pencil. With photo album paper residue and some soiling, the overall condition is good.
