ORDER FORM FROM MONTGOMERY WARD MID-WINTER SALE CATALOG, 1922

An order form from a mid-winter sale catalog from Montgomery Ward & Co., 1922. The form has the company name and city of business at the top. The customer's name and shipping information is beneath this, with a blank section at the left, presumably for internal company purposes. Ordering space at the lower half includes columns for catalog model number; quantity; article name; colors, sizes, finishes, & etc.; price each or by quantity; and extended totals. two columns at either end are for store use. At the bottom are boxes for shipping calculations, from page 132 of the catalog, and final totals, as well as a reminder about specifying sizes and colors. On the reverse are listings for "7 Special Bargains" including a reversible coat, suit case, men's leather belt; men's leather caps, and a duck coat with black and white drawings of the items, descriptions, model numbers and prices. This item was tipped in between pages 52 and 53 of the catalog, which is item 1.1. In good condition, the item has a half-fold, a small tear at the left edge, and some minor foxing on that edge.Lexicon
