"Out West," February 1906 (Vol. XXIV, No. 2), published by Out West Publishing Company, Los Angeles. The magazine is an "Arizona Number," with a poem and long essay about the territory and an editorial about it becoming a state (which occurred the following year.) There are also some works of fiction and an article on Merced, California. There are photo illustrations and many advertisements, as well. The wrappers have some soiling, small edge tears, a few stains and minor creases and the pages are clean, so the overall condition is good.Lexicon
