"Palos Verdes, Los Angeles," a promotional magazine from E. G. Lewis and other developers of the Palos Verdes Peninsula, printed by the Atascadero Press, 1922. The item contains much information about the plans for the peninsula and includes essays, tables and charts, many photographs, and more. Most pages have become separated, there are missing pieces of the covers, which have soiling, stains, creasing, flaking and other wear, while pages are in better shape, with browning, some soiling, flaking, tears, and some missing sections on a few, but the overall condition is poor.Lexicon
