The lot is featured across the center and right having several rows of parking spaces, with lines facing east and west, extending towards the background. On the left is a brick wall, curbing with a dirt area that extends to the foreground below, and a two-lane road. Along the right of the road are several planters with trees between each of the lot rows, and to the back and right. Many light-posts are scattered throughout the lot among the parking spaces. In the background left and center are two commercial buildings, a forklift, and an automobile. To the far right, going over San Jose Creek, is Hacienda Boulevard. On the back bottom right corner is a label crediting Duane C. Alan as the photographer and providing his business information. Two identical images are provided and are in good condition.
