A snapshot photograph of part of a large hilltop home, Los Angeles, ca. 1920s. The image shows part of two elevations of the structure, which is two-story and has many windows, terraces and a large flag flying from one corner. The photographer stood at the base of the hill from which a wide concrete stair descends from the house. The lot is terraced and has a wide array of plantings and there is a trellis arched entrance and high retaining wall in view, as well. There is some light soiling, a small stain at the right margin, and minor edge rubbing, so the general condition is good.
