"Pattern Book 1928," issued by Congoleum-Nairn Inc., 1928. The 108-page catalog has a black paper cover with the title at the center of the front. Above this is an illustration of two gold medal seals of guarantee. At the bottom is the name of the manufacturer. Ornate leaf designs are at every corner. All of the printing on the cover is in gold. At the beginning of the inside is a title page and an introduction. Floor coverings listed include a variety of inlaids, linoleum, rugs, and mats. At the end is a listing of telegraph codes and shipping weights. Also included are many color illustrations. With abrasions, creases, and dents at the corners; fading of the gold lettering; surface soiling and a tear at the bottom of the spine, the object is in fair condition.Lexicon
