A real photographic postcard of the pavilion at Carter's Camp or Sierra Madre Canyon Park, Santa Anita Canyon, ca. 1910. The postcard is an advertisement for Chas. S. Mann, a real estate agent in Los Angeles. It encourages lot purchases to build mountain camps. The image shows a pavilion with stone pilings supporting a raised front porch. A few chairs are scattered among the trees in front. The postcard was printed by George Rice and Sons, Los Angeles. The postcard is in good condition with minor edge rubbings and discoloration.
