Description

PERRY WORDEN TO WALTER P. TEMPLE, SR., 1 FEBRUARY 1926 Letter: A two-page typed letter, without envelope, from Perry Worden to Walter P. Temple, Sr., 1 February 1926. The letter concerned Worden's announcement that he would be able to go to Europe for research into the Workman and Temple family history when the Temples made their trip there to place the children in English schools. Worden's plan included going to the East Coast for further research and to England in advance of the family and then joining them later for sightseeing and assistance in placing the children in schools. The letter is in poor to fair condition with folds, tears on the edges, discoloration, creases, and pin holes at the top left corner. From the Thomas Temple Collection, donated by Ruth Ann Michaelis.
