An order blank for the Phoenix Hardware Company, ca. 1920s. The white sheet has the name and address of the manufacturer at the top of the front. Ten assortment groups are listed at the center with a brief description, price, and a square check box for order placement. The assortments include items such as flashlights, searchlights, cells, and color fibre tubes. At the bottom are three blank lines for the customer's name, address, and city and state. All of the printing is in green ink. With some discoloration and light acid burns, the artifact is in good condition.
