Description
Photo, Los Angeles Ignition Works, Richard Stagg, ca. 1910s. The image is taken in front of the building at 1007-1011 South Main Street, near the southwest corner of the intersection with 10th Street, now Olympic Boulevard. A trio of automobiles with men sitting in or standing next to them are parked in front. The structure has the business name, that of owner Alle S. Hamilton and signage on an awning and the plate glass windows. With some losses, tears, creases and soiling, the condition is fair.
