A photograph album of 66 photographs; several newspaper articles and other ephemera, such as invitations, to San Gabriel Pioneer Receptions, 1934-1967. The items are housed in a blue fabric three-ring binder on the spine of which is a label reading: "Pioneer Reception / 1936-1967 / inclusive." There are actually items from 1934 and 1935 in the album, with the photographs showing participants in the reception held at the Mission San Gabriel rectory courtyard, including family members Gabriela and Thomas W. Temple II; Walter and Nellie Temple, Jr.; Arvella and Charles P. Temple, Jr.; Edgar Temple and daughters, Ruth Ann and Mary; F. P. F. Temple III; Edith Temple Stanton; Robert Temple; and George Temple. There are a couple of unrelated images, such as the 1956 Native Daughters of the Golden West plaque dedication at the Workman House and a 1965 shot of a parking lot at Temple City. The photos and other items are all in good condition with the binder having only a little wear and also in good condition.
