Manufactured by Montgomery Brothers, Jewelers, Los Angeles, the pin has an image of a woman with flowing hair and what appears to be an orange dress surrounded by the name of the festival and the year. On paper placed on the underside is the name of the manufacturer and patent information. With cracking and staining of the image and rust and discoloration on the metal, the condition is fair.
