Color: Black; White
A black and white photograph of the Pio Pico Gallery auditorium looking east, 1 August 1978. On the right center is a long conference table with eight swivel chairs, four on each side. The south wall on the right has an open glass sliding door, leading to another room, and curtains in the back. To the far left is the south wall with a counter on the left, a round standing ashcan below, and wood double-doors in the middle. In back of the room is the east wall with two sliding wood doors for the closet and a door on the right leading to the east side. A podium is located in the back center of the room and includes a microphone stand on top with two speakers on the bottom left and right; a swivel chair facing forward is on the left. Carpeting covers the floor while the center portion of the ceiling, over the confrence table, is concave, where the roof dome is located and illuminated. Track-lighting is seen around the dome while in the back, over the podium area, are three square lights. On the back bottom right is a label crediting Duane C. Alan as the photographer and providing his business information. Two identical images are in the collection and are in good condition.
