Description

Color: Black; White A black and white photograph of the Pio Pico Gallery from the southwest, 7 September 1977. The building is in the center raised on a concrete platform with stairs on the left, and a long bench on the outer side. Concrete lines the edge of the roof and this is connected to rectangular pillars located on the left, center, and right corners. In the center the brick building has an opened door on the left and three vertical windows along the south wall. In the background left is the square top of the Water Tower enclosing the tank and capped by a pavilion roof. On top is a flagpole atop the observation deck. Trees are seen across the back of the Gallery and a dirt area with trees on the far left and right in the foregorund. The back bottom right corner has a label crediting Duane C. Alan as the photographer also providing his business information. Two identical images are in the collection and are in good condition. Number-Units: 1
