"Plan of 4th to 8th Floors, Merritt Building," Los Angeles, ca. 1912. The item shows the building at the corner of Eighth Street and Broadway, where it still stands, and the nineteen suites, stairwells, water closets, doorways and swings, and other features. There are some pencil notations on the item. Printed on the reverse are conditions 11 through 18 concerning leases, assumed to be of this building.
