Description
"Points and Authorities of Appellant," William A. Frick and James E. Frick vs. City of Los Angeles, Case 11722, Supreme Court of the State of California [#3749, Los Angeles Superior Court], October 1895. The printed item contains points and authorities by plaintiff's attorneys, Clarence A. Miller and R.J. Adcock on this case involving an 1892 contract by the appellants with the city to build an outfall sewer from the city to the Pacific Ocean, but which contract though accepted and signed was not honored by the city. The plaintiff then asked for damages in its suit, but lost at the Superior Court and was appealing. Aside from some browning and soiling, the condition is good.
