"Ponet Terrace, Tract No. 5257," drawn by Sumner and MacMillan and published by Ponet Terrace Syndicate, 1920s. The map, a smaller version of item .25, covers an area bounded by Live Oak Drive to the south, west, and north, and Ponet Drive to the east, northwest of the intersection of Western Avenue and Los Feliz Boulevard, near Griffith Park. There are lot numbers, measurements of depth and width, pencil inscribed prices on each lot, except lot 2, which may have housed the tract office, and information on the owner and engineer. A name, Owen Adams, and phone number at the upper left is probably that of the tract agent (see other items in the Ponet Terrace group), while there are mathematical figures on the reverse. With original folds and slight stains at the left margin, the condition overall is good.Lexicon
