The front cover has an image of a pot in the center with the book title above and the author's name at the bottom. The spine has a steaming pot with the title above it and the author's name below and the publisher's name at the bottom. The back cover is blank. Contents include basics of cooking, recipes organized by food type, and general information on nutrition, garnishing and serving, hospitality and entertaining, and special event menus. There are numerous photographs. The book is in poor condition with extensive water damage, cover wear, discolored pages, soiling and stains on the cover and pages, and tears on the cover.
