A cabinet card photograph of a parade with President William McKinley, Los Angeles, May 1901. The image shows a floral-decorated vehicle carrying the president through a commercial street. Throngs of persons line the thoroughfare as the procession passes. In the background is a portion of a three-story building and there is a lot with trees left of center. An ink inscription on the reverse reads "Parade at Los Angeles account President McKinley's visit. President & wife in carriage over policeman's helmet. By J.J.D." With some soiling and edge rubbing on the mount, as well as few small stains on the mount, the condition is overall good.
