PRICE LIST FOR THE "HOMES OF CHARACTER" CATALOG
Color: Black; White
A price list insert from "Homes of Character," a catalog issued by the Lewis Manufacturing Company, 1924. The document has the company name at the top with the statement that prices were for 1925, but subject to change without notice and terms given in page 124 of the catalog. Below a double black line are columns with page numbers, design names, and prices. In some cases, alternative design prices for a plan are given--these might be represented by sizes, plan numbers, or siding materials. On the reverse are listings for garages, additions, and built-in fixtures with company name and place of business at the bottom. Although discolored, the document does not have wear or damage and is in good condition.Lexicon
