Description

Document: A two-page handwritten document with two blank pages evidently dealing with a marriage, ca. 1840s. Written in Spanish and in difficult-to-read handwriting, the document's contents are not known, although a Francisco Limon, resident of Los Angeles, is mentioned in the first section and the word "marriage" appears frequently. There is no discernible date in the document. The document is in poor condition, with a torn or pest-eaten section at the top edge, heavily worn edges, discoloration, folds, and stains. From the Thomas W. Temple II Collection. Donated by Ruth Ann Michaelis. None
