The item contains a description of the convention trip by train from Chicago, the arrival and events in Los Angeles, and the proceedings of the meeting at the Scottish Rite Temple. There are also lists of officers, past and present, of the various state commanderies and the roster of those state organizations with founding dates. The boards are scratched, edge rubbed, and lightly soiled, the binding is tight, and pages clean, so the condition is good.
