Description
Program for music performances under director, Irving G. Ulmer, at the First Methodist Church, Los Angeles, 1920s. First concert, 1 April 1924, conducted by the church conductor and performed by its orchestra. Includes portrait of Ulmer and photo of entire orchestra. The performances were held the first Tuesday of every month at the recently-completed church building at 8th and Hope streets (the program for the opening ceremony is in the museum collection.) Program of one folded sheet is in good condition.
