Description
PROOF SHEET WITH 12 VIEWS OF DESCENDANTS DAY AT THE HOMESTEAD
Color: Black; White
A black and white proof sheet with 12 images from Descendants' Day at the Homestead Museum, 25 April 1981. Five of the views show the entire group of Workman, Temple, and Rowland descendants standing in the La Casa Nueva courtyard posed for a group photo. The other seven shorts are of small groups in the courtyard or in the west lawn. These include Walter P. Temple, Jr. and his sister-in-law and nieces; children of Edgar Temple, Jr.; and David and Henry Workman with their mother and Marie Jones Workman. One of the group shots had, written on it in black ink, the inscription "Proof / Orig. Reversed / 2 - 8x10." With little indication of wear or damage, the artifact is in good condition.
