"Publications, Historical Society of Southern California, Volume 10, Numbers 1-3, 1915-1917," printed by the McBride Printing Company, with numbers 1-2 for 1915-16 and number 3 for 1917. The green clothbound book with speckled paper has gold printing on the spine with the organization name and publication years. The two complete publications are bound inside, including the original wrappers. Numbers one and two, combined into one issue of 130 pages, includes an officers list; reports from the secretary and treasurer; and seventeen articles and other items. Number three, consisting of 177 pages, includes an officers list, reports of the secretary and treasurer, eleven articles, and a listing of contents for the complete volume ten. At the inside front cover of the volume is the ex-libris label of a former owner. With little evidence of use and, therefore, of wear, the artifact is in good condition.Lexicon
