"Quarterly of The Society of California Pioneers," 31 December 1924 (Vol. 1, No. IV), San Francisco. There are articles on ocean travel before the steamer, the arrival of '49ers by ship, and a list of passenger ships arriving at San Francisco from March to December 1849, copied from original records. With losses, stains, soiling, discoloration, fading, and tape on the spine to the wrappers, but clean, if somewhat creased, pages, the condition is fair.
