Description

A photograph of a Queen Anne-style home, used as a boarding house, Los Angeles, 1908. The image, printed onto postcard paper, shows the structure on a corner lot with a man seated on the steps. On the reverse is the address of 1122 W. 9th Street, year and the names of thirty persons, collectively described as "The Bugs" who seem to have been the residents. The card is postally unused and has pinholes at the four corners, stains, soiling, and edge bumping, so the condition is fair.
