Description
Race cars lined up at Ascot Speedway, Los Angeles, 10 April 1921. The photographer is in the lower grandstand shooting over the heads of spectators. Five cards are in single file along the inner rail of the track with persons gathered around them. Along the infield fence are crowds of spectators and there are persons further back in the infield, as well. At the bottom left margin is the ink inscription, "April 10, 1921." With a corner crease, small stains, soiling and curvature of the paper, the general condition is good.
