Obenchain was an attorney, and the former husband of Madelynne Obenchain, the woman accused of killing J. Belton Kennedy. Arthur Burch a friend of Madelynne's was also charged. Obenchain is wearing a three piece suite and tie. Judge Williams is wearing a striped shirt, coat, and bow tie. These two men, along with Charles Erbstein were part of the "defense battalion" for Madalynne Obenchain. There is an arrow pointing toward Mr. Obenchain with "1 1/2 inch" next to the arrow. There is discoloration, and soiling. The object is in good condition overall.
