The one-sided sheet lists houses and lots in the Wilshire district and southwestern portions of Los Angeles, giving addresses, lot and tract numbers, descriptions of the property, including improvements and measurements, and prices. There were ink corrections to listing #1 and some edge discoloration, soiling, folds, creases, and a dogeared upper left corner, but the overall condition is good.Lexicon
