Typed onto preprinted paper and stapled in a legal brief portfolio, the item lists single family homes, apartment buildings, and commercial property in Altadena, Alta Loma, Burbank, Eagle Rock, Glendale, Inglewood, Los Angeles, Manhattan Beach, Pasadena, Reseda, and Verdugo City, providing the address, lot number, tract number, listing number, property description, and selling price. The last page also lists when deeds are available. At the bottom of each page is information on the company and terms of sale are also printed on each. On one panel of the portfolio is the title "Real Estate Offerings" and the company name. A child's pencil drawings are on two of the panels.
