Workman is stamped at the signature line, while that of the deputy, Workman's son Boyle, is written below it. At the far left are the names of the Workmans and the other deputy, John Kenealy. A lithograhic image of City Hall is at the center. With slight soiling, but otherwise little discernible wear, the condition is good.
