The document is on the letterhead of Theodore Martin, a Los Angeles attorney, and is Martin's confirmation that a deed from John H. Temple to his wife, Anita Davoust, about an interest in the island was attached and that the deed was recorded in San Francisco. The item was typed and Martin signed it. With some creases, light browning, and a half fold, the overall condition is good.
