A receipt recognizing Maria Antonia Davoust's payment for a church mass, January 14, 1893. The receipt written in Spanish, acknowledges that Maria paid $15.00 for a church mass to be said for the soul of her husband, Adrien Davoust who passed away a year prior. The priest who presumably wrote the receipt spelled the last name incorrectly as "Daboust" and "Adrian." The paper is torn, possibly from a ledger book with the page number at the top right "169" and on the back is "170". With deep creases due to folding, uneven edges from the paper being torn and minor soiling, it is in good condition overall.
