Recipes from "Uncle Sam's Cook Book," ca. 1928. The white half-sheet has the name of the book from which it came from at the top left corner. Below this is "PART VIII / Desserts and pastries." There are three sets of instructions included for meringue, custard pie, and custard ice cream. All of the printing is in black. The bottom portion of the sheet is missing. With acid burns; creases; some darkening of the paper; tears; and a small stain, the artifact is in poor condition.
