"Register of Real Estate, L. L. Bradbury, Dec'd," 1893. The item contains 24 full sheets of real estate listings for Bradbury in Los Angeles (including the site of the landmark Bradbury Building and the family home on Bunker Hill); the Rancho Azusa de Duarte, East San Gabriel, Rancho San Francisquiot and other holdings in the San Gabriel Valley (including the site of the family estate and city of Bradbury, as well as a portion of Temple City); San Dimas Heights and Lordsburg (today's San Dimas and La Verne); San Francisco; Oakland; Stockton; and a parcel in Kansas. Information includes relevant book and page references from county deed records; location by township section, block, and lot; number of acres, improvements, appraised value, city/county assessed value, and remarks (often containing detailed information on the property.) In many cases, there are colored drawings showing the property within a block for city property or a localized area for rural holdings. The boards have scratches, edge rubbing, and soiling and there is pest damage on a front flysheet, tape near the spine on the sheet, and some minor foxing and soiling on some pages, but the overall condition is fair.Lexicon
