Description

Color: Brown A copy of a color polaroid photograph of the repair of the walkway near the Tepee, 20 September 1979. Valdez is at center and appears to be working at the edge of the walkway, though what particularly cannot be discerned. It is clear, however, from the newness of the mortar that much or most of the repairs in this section have been completed. At left is part of the front porch of the Tepee with the wall looking as if it were recently restored. To the right is some of the planting area to the east of the walk, while in the background, the walkway extends into the west lawn area. At the bottom of the artifact is the inscription in pencil reading "Larry - Repairing pavers / 9/20/79." In good condition, the object shows little indication of wear or damage. Number-Units: 1
